Telus Business Case Study
Design review of TELUS Business webpages
For this project, I completed a design review of the TELUS Small Business page, security page and MY TELUS page. In understanding the purpose of each page and the current user flow, I proposed three design improvements to maximize page efficiency and optimize user flow. In addition, I created a work structure that used a timeline to show the priority of each task and resources required to complete each task.
Think Twice
Sustainable clothing chrome extension
Think Twice is a chrome extension created to motivate online shopping customers to shop more sustainably in a fast and easy way. It uses a percentage pass/fail rating system analyzing clothing brand's environmental, social, and ethical efforts. In developing the final prototype, competitive analysis, user testing (cognitive walkthrough and System usability scale questionnaire) and user acceptance testing was completed to determine the best features and layout of the extension.
ZenduReports
Fleet management reporting application
ZenduReports is a vehicle tracking reporting tool that gives users the ability to pull fields from existing reports and create their own to maximize efficiency and minimize the time to complete a report. In developing the final prototype, competitive analysis and user testing (personas and user interviews) were completed to determine the best features and layout of the application
